1. Monthly plans
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the billing date. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current period.
2. Annual plans
Annual plans may be refunded within 14 days of the initial purchase if less than 5% of included usage has been consumed.
After this window, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused period at our discretion.
3. Duplicate or accidental charges
Duplicate charges are refunded in full after verification. Contact billing@voicescribe.ai with the charge details.
4. How to request a refund
Email billing@voicescribe.ai from the address associated with your account. Include the invoice number and reason for the request.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
